GAPS Education

Learn it —
or learn to teach it

Three routes, all taught from the same source. One is for your own household. The other two certify you to work with other people’s.

Which one is for you?

The Masterclass sits underneath both certifications — every practitioner and coach starts there.

  • The GAPS Masterclass

    Self-paced · 6 months’ access

Fourteen structured modules and 75+ hours of teaching, direct from Dr Natasha. The full foundation, for your own understanding and your own family.

For: anyone who wants to understand the protocol properly before, during or instead of working with a practitioner.

  • Certified GAPS Practitioner

    8 months · CGP credential

For licensed healthcare providers and qualified holistic professionals bringing GAPS into an active clinical practice. The Masterclass, then fifteen weeks of instructor-led certification training.

For: doctors, dietitians, nutritional therapists, naturopaths, chiropractors, nurses and psychologists already seeing clients.

  • Certified GAPS Coach

    8 months · CGC credential

For people who have lived the protocol and want to guide others through it. No formal nutrition or healthcare qualification required — lived experience is the entry ticket.

For: health coaches, wellness professionals, teachers, and parents who have walked the road and want to help others walk it.

Everything starts with the Masterclass

Both certifications begin with the same four-month, self-paced Masterclass. Only after that does the instructor-led certification track start.

Which means there is no wasted step. If you take the Masterclass for your own household and later decide to certify, you have already done the first half.

What’s in the Masterclass

Shorter, self-paced courses

Focused courses on single parts of the protocol, taught by Dr Natasha and by GAPS faculty.

  • Getting Started on GAPS

The practical first steps, for people who have read the book and want a hand with week one.

  • Baby GAPS

The protocol adapted for infants and very young children.

  • Fussy Eating & Mealtimes

Managing mealtimes when a child refuses most of what is on the plate.

  • Meat Stock Masterclass

The single most important thing to get right at the start, in depth.

  • Food Allergies & Intolerance

Navigating the protocol when reactions make the food list feel impossible.

  • Farming & Homesteading

Producing the food the protocol asks for, on whatever land you have.

For the build: these six are drawn from the course list on gapstraining.com, which also runs No Plant GAPS, the Enema Masterclass and the Electro-Pollution Fix course. Several are hosted on third-party platforms (University of Vibrant Health, Thinkific, GAPS Australia) rather than by GAPS Training itself, so each needs a decision: link out, or bring the enrolment onto this site. Descriptions here are written from the course titles and need checking against the real ones.
