For the build: ten of these thirteen articles are real, and carried across from gapstraining.com — the three fats pieces, processed foods, the pollen and gut article, the power of food, sourdough, cold and flu, nature, and self-care products. Each keeps its original author byline and publication date and carries a rel="canonical" tag back to the original so the two sites do not compete in search. Each has also been edited: brand recommendations, supplement lists and several unsourced medical claims were removed, and each article page carries a note saying exactly what was cut and why. Read those notes — some of that material was removed because it should not appear on a doctor’s own domain without her sign-off. The remaining three — meat stock, ferments and the Introduction Diet — are placeholder copy written for this build and approved by nobody. Also worth deciding: most of the training site’s other 34 posts are GAPS Youth Movement teen lifestyle content in a very different voice, and they are not a natural fit here.
